Welcome Reception
The ACM ASIACCS 2025 welcome reception will take place on 26 August 2025 at Nang Song Hong. A two-way transportation (i.e., from hotel to Nang Song Hong and back) will be provided based on the pickup schedules provided below.

Social Event
The ACM ASIACCS 2025 social event will take place on 28 August 2025, 14:00 – 18:00 (ICT) at Bat Trang Pottery Museum. In the event, participants will enjoy the unique architecture of Bat Trang Pottery Museum and explore the rich history and intricate craftsmanship of Vietnamese ceramics. Furthermore, participants can experience being a ceramic artist by manually performing the steps to create a pottery product and taking home the items they create. A two-way transportation (i.e., from hotel to Bat Trang Museum and back) will be provided based on the pickup schedules provided below.

Conference Dinner
The ACM ASIACCS 2025 conference dinner will be held on 28 August 2025, 19:00 – 22:00 (ICT) at the conference hotel (Meliá Hanoi). During the conference dinner, there will also be a light speech, award ceremony and announcement of ACM ASIACCS 2026.
