Registration
The registration for ACM ASIACCS 2025 is now opened. Every accepted paper (Conference / Workshop / Poster) requires a full registration and in-person presentation. No virtual presentations will be allowed. The early-bird registration deadline is 30 June 2025, 23:59 ICT.

Important Notes
- Each paper (Conference / Workshop / Poster) must have one regular registration by 30 June 2025, 23:59 ICT (student rate will not be allowed in this case).
- If you are the ONLY author to make registration for a paper, then you must choose the regular registration rate, no matter if you are student or not.
- Registration will be closed by 10 August 2025, 23:59 ICT or until reaching the cap. No walk-in registrations will be accepted.
Cancellation Policy for Registrations
- Author registration for each paper cannot be cancelled.
- Other registrations can be cancelled only before the early-bird date of 30 June 2025, 23:59 ICT with a service charge of 20%.
Warning – Phishing Emails
We have been alerted of fraudulent emails asking delegates to confirm travel dates for accommodation purposes. This is a spam email. If you receive this email, please do not interact or reply. Please be assured that ACM AsiaCCS 2025 has not shared participant email addresses with any third party and does not publish participant emails online, our partners have confirmed that there has been no breach of data security.

For logistics, including hotel reservations, only Hoa Binh Group (HBG) is authorized to contact participants, and only via the following official email address: vicky@hoabinhtourist.com.

Visa Support Letter
To request this letter, please choose “Yes” for the question “Do you require an official visa support letter for attending the conference?” inside the Registration Form below. Please note that the visa letter will be issued only after you have registered to the conference.
