Parade Rehearsals: Traffic Notice

On September 2, 2025, Vietnam will celebrate the 80th anniversary of its National Day, widely known as Independence Day. In preparation for this important national celebration, the Vietnamese government will conduct military parade rehearsals in Hanoi, which will require temporary road closures during the following times:

  • August 24, 5:00 PM – August 25, 3:00 AM
  • August 27, 5:00 PM – August 28, 3:00 AM
  • August 29, 6:00 PM – August 30, 3:00 PM

During these hours, vehicles will not be permitted on designated roads. However, these areas will remain accessible to buses and pedestrians, allowing for continued mobility around the city without major disruption.

No Impact on Conference Activities

We want to assure all conference participants that these traffic restrictions will not affect the conference, taking place from August 25 to 29, 2025. Our organizing team is fully committed to ensuring a smooth, enjoyable, and successful experience for everyone.
